We are very pleased to announce the exclusive access to the brand new Vivir Tranquil Discovery in Jiaoxi, one of the most in-demand design hotels in Taiwan. Please read the below terms and policies carefully and due to extremely high demand on the rooms at Vivir, we urge every guest to complete the payment within 48 hours after the reservation is made. Otherwise we will release the rooms for other guests.

了了住宿配合事項

• 每間房依房型人數提供當日了了主廚創意晚餐、及次日早午餐。
• 房客可免費使用無線網路及客房內Mini Bar內之飲料、點心。
• 了了的入住時間為下午3點，退房時間為中午12點。
• 若退房後仍有行程，櫃檯可以提供行李寄放，貴重物品建議您隨身攜帶。由於了了停車位有限，退房後將提供鄰近停車場資訊前往停車。
• 客房內全面禁菸，亦嚴禁使用各種明火設施，以維護消防安全。
• 基於設施使用上的安全考量，了了僅接受七歲以上旅客入住。
• 了了尚無規劃安置寵物的相關設施，為維護服務品質，恕不接待寵物入館。

VIVIR ROOM POLICIES: 

• Chef’s dinner on the day and the brunch on the next day will be served based on the number of guests in each room.
• All rooms come with free Wi-Fi and the complimentary mini bar. 
• The check-in time is 3 pm, and the check-out time is 12 noon.
• The front desk provides luggage storage service after check-out. Due to our limited parking space, after your check-out, the hotel will provide you with the information of the nearby parking lot. 
• Smoking in the room is not permitted. No fires are permitted for fire safety.
• Due to safety considerations in the use of facilities, the hotel only accepts guests over seven years of age.
• There are no facilities available for pets. In order to maintain the quality of service, pets are not allowed to enter the property.

Terra

In the Terra room, we set up an independent cavern. In the cave, you can enjoy tea, reading,and meditating. The quiet concentration leads to the elegance of everyday life.

• Number of people: 2 people (one extra person can be added)
• Bed type: double bed 180cm x 210cm. This room type is the only one that can accommodate one extra person. An extra bed is provided in the "cavern" space in the room, and the extra fee will be charged separately.
